We’re always updating our inventory, but if you don’t see exactly what you need, don’t worry! Just let us know, and we’ll either source it for you or connect you with one of our trusted industry partners who can help.

We’d appreciate your help in keeping things tidy! To avoid extra charges, please rinse all catering equipment so it’s free of food. For plates, give them a quick scrape and rinse, rinse your cutlery, and make sure glassware is returned without any liquids.

Yes, we do! For cancellations made more than 2 weeks before your event, you’ll receive a full refund minus 5% of your order or a minimum charge of $67.50. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your event will incur a full cancellation charge. Please note, specialty items such as tents, concession equipment, or items from external vendors require 45 days’ notice for cancellation.

Yes. Outside of 2 weeks prior to your event, you can receive a full refund with the exception of 5% of your order or a minimum of $67.50. Within 2 weeks of your event date, a full cancellation charge will apply. Please note, we require 45 days notice to cancel specialty items such as tents, concession equipment or items we have subcontracted from outside vendors. To secure your order, we’ll need a valid credit card and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due two weeks before delivery or customer pick-up. We’ll also need your signature on the quote to confirm everything’s good to go and that you agree to our Rental Terms & Conditions. That’s it!

Delivery and pickup costs vary based on factors like the time window, location, and the labour involved. Once we receive your quote request, we’ll provide a precise calculation for you.

No need to wash the linen! Just shake out any loose debris and return it in the provided shipping container or laundry bag. Please avoid placing wet linens in plastic bags or sealed containers, as this can cause mould and lead to replacement charges.

Yes! Any rental equipment that requires setup or operation instructions will come with clear, easy-to-follow guidelines. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to your Rental Coordinator—we’re here to help!

We understand that accidents happen! We encourage all clients to return items, even if they’re damaged. To protect you, we offer an 8% Damage Protection Insurance (DPI) option with all rental contracts. Unless declined, DPI covers damage to items that affect their use or condition. Please note, DPI doesn’t cover items that are missing or not returned.
